Racial Equity Principles

Sparked by our Leading Large Scale Social Change module in 2017, a group of leaders in that year’s Chief Executive Program formed the Racial Equity Working Group. This group worked together over the course of a year to formulate these Racial Equity Principles. In summary, the principles they put forward are:

  1. Brave conversations
  2. With us, not for us
  3. Power sharing
