A Career Path Matrix

In this Harvard Business Review article, Bill Barnett shares an easy to implement matrix that can help you determine where your personal objectives are best met when it comes to making career decisions. Matrices are not new tools, nor should their results be thought of as the golden ticket. As Barnett cautions, “The matrix structures your thinking, but it’s not the answer. You must figure out what it tells you.”
